Vascular Societies' Annual Scientific Meeting 2022 was held at The Hilton Brighton Metropole 23rd - 25th November 2022.
The meeting saw an over 1,000 attendees through its door, along with more than 120 expert speakers from across the globe offering talks on hot industry topics and providing support.

British Journal of Surgery Prize
The 2022 British Journal of Surgery Prize was won by Anna Louise Pouncey of Imperial College London.
Anna gave her oral presentation on - Female Sex is associated with an Increased Length of Hospital Stay Following Elective Endovascular Repair for Infrarenal Aortic Abdominal Aortic Aneurysms, a Nationwide Study.
The Sol Cohen Founders Prize
The 2022 Sol Cohen Founders Prize was won by Hannah O'Neill of NHS Grampian.
Hannah gave her oral presentation on - The Limb-related Complications of Injecting Drug Use and the Collateral Consequences for Vascular Surgery: The East of Scotland Experience, a Nine-year Retrospective Cohort
Geoffrey Slaney Medal
The 2022 Geoffrey Slaney Medal was won by Mahim Irfan Qureshi for the highest score achieved in the November 2022 FRCS (Vasc) examination.
