JCST policy statement : bullying and undermining

"Bullying and undermining have no place in surgery. Together with the surgical royal colleges, on whose behalf the JCST work, we are committed to tackling these behaviours and to create positive working environments"

This policy statement sets out the JCST principles to tackle bullying and undermining in surgery.
